Terms of Use

These are the ground rules for using Muselab AI Image Generator, the app where you describe an idea and explore it visually. We've kept them as clear as we can. The terms are between you and Muselab AI Image Generator and take effect on 2026-11-04.

Opening the App Means You Agree

By downloading or using Muselab, you accept these terms. If they don't sit right with you, please don't use the app. That's completely fine.

Your Pass to the Studio

We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Muselab on your Apple devices, as permitted by the App Store rules. You can use it to create, explore and enjoy. You may not resell the app, copy it, reverse-engineer it, or try to get around its features or paywalls.

Creating Responsibly

Please be kind with what you make. Don't use Muselab to create content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or deceptive. Don't use it to infringe someone else's rights or impersonate real people in misleading ways. Don't try to overload, attack or misuse our backend. We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles all billing, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Who Owns What

The app itself belongs to Muselab AI Image Generator, including its design, code, name and branding. Your prompts are yours, and so are the images you generate, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for how you use them. Please keep in mind that AI can sometimes produce results that look similar to existing works or to other users' images.

The Honest Fine Print

Muselab is provided "as is" and "as available." AI is imaginative but not perfect. We don't promise that every image will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose or free of errors. We also don't promise the service will always be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Muselab AI Image Generator isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses that come from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

When These Terms Change

We may update these terms as Muselab grows. When we do, we'll revise the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
